  Despite the cold, icy weather everyone had a great time.  The third snowball also brought some recognition to some very important people.  In the Novice Rider division Jessie Voss was recognized for good sportsmanship.  Even though Jessie could have ridden in the Master's division she elected to stay with her team in the Novice Riders division.  In the master's division the sportsmanship award was given to Tiffany Leonard who rode with a different team at the snowball series each time.  Tiffany switched without complaint.  Leslie Goncharoff won the sportsmanship award in the Forever Young Division. Leslie has a great attitude, has worked very hard with her horse through the winter, has traveled to competitions as her schedule has allowed.  Jennifer Foreman won a special award given the rider and coach who exemplifies the leadership we welcome in this growing sport. She has the patience and clarity to work with the most inexperienced of riders and the skill and personality to motivate the most skilled of games riders. Congratulation to these special people.  The 4-Ever Young division was captured by the Zippy Chickies followed closely by the Girlfriends and the Distinguished Guests.  The Master's Division was won by the consistent Artic Chill, a name that was very appropriate on Sunday.
