The first competition of the Snowball Series organized by Linda Caddel with the help of Debbie Bush went off without a hitch. Special thanks to the Piranha Ponies for lending their fifth rider to the Unicorns in every race. Aside from the temporary disappearance of Leigh Montgomery's pony Rosie who decided to take a tour of the horse park everything went very smoothly (even the weather). (And for those who have been debating the question, riders can learn to vault at a later age. Roadrunner coach Jennifer Foreman successfully and courageously vaulted twice in the 4-Ever division goaded on uh, er encouraged by her students.)
