Annual Membership
USMGA members receive discounts on entries at USMGA sponsored clinics and competitions. Membership is also required to be considered for selection to represent the United States at international competitions.
Medical Release
Riders under the age of 18 years old are required to turn in a medical release with entry to clinics and competitions.
Universal Competition/Clinic Entry Form
To cutback on repetitive paperwork, we suggest using this universal entry form for all 2011 competitions/clinics. Once we have received this form it will be on file for future competitions.
To use this form for future competitions you will need to email Pat Neuhauser at neuhauser1042@aol.com to confirm that you intend to come to a competition and mail her a check that covers all appropriate fees (Pat's address is on the form). Your entry will not be complete until payment has been received. Also when you mail your check, please include a decription of exactly what your check includes (ex. competition name and entry fee [$XX] + stall fee [$XX] x #Stalls = $XX). If this is too complicated, there will also be indivual competition entry forms available that you may use.
